(1) The meeting of the provincial directorate committee will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the said committee. (2) The chairman of the provincial directorate committee will preside over the meeting. (3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the provincial directorate committee are present, the quorum for the meeting of the committee shall be considered to have been reached. (4) The decision of the provincial directorate committee shall be certified by the member-secretary of the said committee. (5) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Provincial Director Committee shall be as determined by the Provincial Director Committee itself. (6) The implementation of the decisions made by the provincial directorate committee will be done by the ministry looking into the employment related matters of the respective province.
